5+ years of management experience.
Transportation industry experience.
Auto maintenance experience.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Some light lifting and periods of sitting.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily driver route assignments with BOM and Logistics.
Ensure Service Technicians meet customer needs while complying with DOT regulations.
Understand P&L and help meet budgeted expenses and revenue goals.
Perform route observations (up to 4 per month).
Conduct monthly vehicle inspections.
Coordinate with Fleet maintenance and vendors for service quality.
Train and develop employees; lead during emergencies.
On-call nights and weekends.
