The role requires 7+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage assets and compliance. On-site work with a vehicle is expected, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must operate a company or personal vehicle with an acceptable MVR report.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates; provides operational oversight and inventory management procedures.
• Ensures staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational support demands; develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends; develops strategies to grow local market share and pursue opportunities.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and adherence to policies; maintains health, safety, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• This position requires operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle with MVR checks.
