Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Operates a company vehicle >20% of the work week with MVR check.
• Experience managing P&L and inventory/accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates; oversees inventory procedures.
• Ensures staffing levels meet service, financial, and operational needs; develops skills.
• Builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to leadership for customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends; grows local market share and opportunities.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and environmental/safety regulations.
