White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager in Minnesota. This leadership role oversees P&L, inventory, staffing, and customer relationships at the assigned location, driving sales and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a related field, proven ability to meet EBIT/ROS goals, and a clean MVR. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with the White Cap family.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and inventory/receivables for the location(s).
• Achieve EBIT, ROS, and ROI goals.
• Staff adequately to meet service and operational needs.
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze local market trends and grow market share.
• Work with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
