Qualifications

• 7+ years of related field experience.
• Must operate a company or personal vehicle; MVR check required.
• Strong inventory and financial oversight.
• Ability to build customer relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ability to meet staffing and training needs and drive performance.
• Compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service and financial demands.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
