Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, anticipating needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
