You will oversee staff, drive sales initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies while growing professionally within a reputable bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 10-20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Supervise Head Teller and Teller teams.
• Branding and growth: promoteSales initiatives and customer service excellence.
• Engage customers and resolve issues; ensure satisfaction.
• Review transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Aim for branch performance metrics, security, and regulatory compliance.
