Job summary

Tri Counties Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager II for our Orland, CA location. A $1,000 sign-on bonus opportunity is available and compensation includes incentives based on performance.

You will support the Branch Manager, lead daily team huddles, and ensure excellent customer service while driving growth through referrals and financial solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Above average working knowledge of bank products and teller operations systems.
• Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
• Maintains current understanding of bank policies and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Manager, conducts daily team huddles.
• Meets performance goals as assigned.
• Promotes referrals to the platform sales team and coaches staff.
• Manages branch operations and teller functions; informs Branch Manager of issues.
• Ensures prompt, accurate customer transactions and compliance with guidelines.
• Adheres to budget, scheduling, and HR policies as directed.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and bank procedures.
