Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Standing in for Branch Manager when absent and overseeing daily operations.
• Team Supervision: Manage Head Teller and Teller teams with accountability.
• Branch Branding & Growth: Promote sales initiatives and maintain strong branch identity.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with clients and resolve issues.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Review transactions and adhere to policies.
• Performance & Standards: Meet branch performance metrics and ensure security/regulatory compliance.
• Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training and education.
