Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership and stepping in for Branch Manager when needed.
• Overseeing Tellering teams and daily branch operations.
• Promoting a strong branch brand and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Connecting with clients and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Reviewing transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring branch performance metrics are met with strong controls.
• Supporting professional development through training and coaching.
