Qualifications

• Operational leadership when Branch Manager is absent.
• Team supervision of Head Teller and Teller teams.
• Branch branding, growth and sales initiatives.
• Customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Compliance and accuracy in transactions.
• Meet branch performance metrics and security standards.
