Qualifications

• Bachelor- or higher-education preferred for leadership roles.
• Strong track record in branch operations, sales, and people leadership.
• Experience managing P&L and driving performance.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with full accountability for financial performance.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
