Job summary

You will have extensive contact with customers, vendors, the public, and bank staff, and conduct yourself in a manner that enhances efficiency and the bank’s image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of banking or financial services experience or equivalent progression within a branch environment.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank professionally with a client-centered approach.
• Provide superior internal and external customer service and maintain courtesy and respect.
• Keep management informed of significant issues and complaints.
• Supervise Tellers and New Accounts Representatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain contact with customers through verbal and written communication.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for branch staff and conduct monthly certifications.
