Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems in Miami, Florida is seeking a Branch Manager- Traffic Control to lead day-to-day branch operations, supervise crews and field activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This exempt, hands-on leadership role combines financial acumen with customer relations to deliver high-quality traffic control projects.

You will oversee budgeting, revenue forecasting, and scheduling, coordinate with estimating teams on capacity, and manage procurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including direct crew work and formal industry training.
• Preferred: Minimum 10 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Managing shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
• Coordinating with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
• Travel as needed for project oversight and branch operations.
• Safety & compliance oversight.
