Job summary

Etna Supply Toledo is seeking a Branch Manager to guide daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service across the branch. You will drive safety, process improvements, and operational efficiency in warehouse, yard, and delivery activities.

This hands-on leadership role demands strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of leadership or operational experience preferred.
Experience in warehouse, operations, or distribution environments strongly desired.
Powered industrial equipment certification or ability to obtain certification required.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise branch operations to achieve performance goals and customer satisfaction.
Develop, supervise, and motivate branch staff while fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure efficient workflow across warehouse, yard, customer service, and delivery operations.
Maintain strong communication between branch staff, leadership, and other departments.
Oversee warehouse organization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency.
Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
Resolve customer concerns quickly while delivering exceptional service.
Support sales growth through customer engagement, house account management, and branch promotions.
Manage branch administrative responsibilities including approvals, reporting, reviews, scheduling, and timekeeping.
Lead branch safety meetings and maintain a culture focused on workplace safety.
Maintain facility cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
Assist with daily operational tasks as needed, including customer support, deliveries, and order processing.
Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, vendors, manufacturers, and branch operations.
Communicate urgent operational, employee, customer, or safety concerns to upper management promptly.
