Job summary

DASCO Home Medical Equipment, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the efficient, profitable operations of its branches and distribution centers. You will guide office and center managers to ensure consistent processes and exceptional customer service across sites.

You will work with corporate leadership, manage staffing decisions, and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a cooperative work environment across locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years in medical/insurance/healthcare field customer service leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch and center managers to ensure operational efficiency and KPI achievement.
• Act as liaison between local leaders and corporate leadership.
• Hire/terminate staff for branches and support center staffing actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across branches and centers.
