Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Chicago to lead daily operations for a 9-person team of associates, aligning sales, service and efficiency with customer needs.

You will manage branch performance, develop a capable team, build strong customer/vendor relationships, oversee pricing/inventory/logistics, and promote a safety-first environment while coaching staff for future opportunities. Requires 18+ and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience.
• 1 year of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Experience leading teams in sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials.
• Support and grow a capable, engaged team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment.
• Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities.
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities if needed.
