Job summary

Pneu-Draulics is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee 4-person operations at our Birmingham, AL location. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive ISO‑compliant processes, and report to the HQ Operations Manager in Nicholasville, KY.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, training staff, improving systems, and ensuring high customer service levels while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, operations management or equivalent; 5–7 years in operations management.
• Experience in a production environment and supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Ability to forecast, schedule and manage real-time operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve operational systems, processes and policies.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure ISO processes are developing on schedule.
• Develop staff for future advancement and maintain a qualified team.
• Interpret and communicate work procedures and policies to staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Oversee daily activities of the facility and manage staffing mix for the site.
