• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options where appropriate.
• Lead cash-handling operations (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable account access anytime, day or night.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
