OnPoint Community Credit Union in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Branch Operations Supervisor to support the Branch Manager and supervise the Teller area. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, delivering excellent member service, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education (diploma or GED) required.
• Three years branch operations, lending and branch member service experience required.
• Has earned Level 1 Lender Authority.
• 1-2 years of experience in a lead position or demonstrated ability to supervise and promote teamwork strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Branch Manager in promoting teamwork efforts amongst the tellers and within the branch to meet and exceed sales goals and service standards.
• Supervise Teller area and provide branch wide operational support.
• Oversee branch operations and supervise tellers at branches with staff of 16 or less.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training of all tellers as outlined in each individual's development plan.
• Ensure proper cash management of branch and compliance with the security manual.
