Qualifications

• Completion of high school education (diploma or GED) required.
• Three years branch operations, lending and branch member service experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a lead position or demonstrated ability to supervise and promote teamwork strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of tellers, including scheduling, coaching, and development.
• Provide operational support to all branch staff and oversee lobby management.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure communications of sales and service objectives.
• Lead weekly branch meetings and provide coaching aligned with development plans.
• Ensure proper cash management and compliance with security policies.
• Back up other branch areas as needed to deliver exceptional member service.
