Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service with a welcoming, named greeting and helpful attitude.
• Perform over-the-counter transactions and document cash handling.
• Determine acceptability of negotiable items and member IDs.
• Address questions and offer solutions; identify cross-sale opportunities.
• Assist lobby management to ensure timely member service.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance per guidelines; lift up to 50 pounds of coin.
