Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in the United States to oversee daily branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role emphasizes safety, training, and adherence to policies while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. A driver’s license and supervisory experience are required for this on-site position based in North Augusta, SC.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline and two (2) or more years of related experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn care services required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory management experience required.
• Valid, permanent driver’s license from state of residence.
• Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Overseeing daily branch execution and operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Supervise technician teams and handle local issue resolution.
• Lead daily huddles to surface field-level issues and reinforce coaching provided by District Manager.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, interviewing and selecting personnel; evaluating performance and administering disciplinary actions.
• Plan and conduct new hire and on-going training for service personnel.
• Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address inquiries and issues.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics for the branch.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive branch culture and drive employee engagement.
