Job summary

The Lowe's Home Centers, LLC Branch Operations Supervisor leads a high performing team handling receiving, picking, and shipping tasks while ensuring safe, efficient operations on the floor. You will coach associates, delegate daily workloads, monitor performance, and maintain coverage to meet branch goals.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, conducting observations, resolving issues, and communicating business objectives and daily plans to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in distribution center/warehouse ops.
• Minimum 6 months experience directing/supervising teams and giving feedback.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a high performing team handling receiving, picking, shipping and related tasks.
• Coaches, delegates, and monitors daily workloads to meet branch goals.
• Maintains safe working environment and drives safety culture through observations.
• Communicates objectives and workload plans to the team and resolves issues.
