Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience supervising teams or providing direction and feedback.
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing associates.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory flow and adjust team assignments as needed.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues; implement process improvements.
• Ensure safety work practices through observations and discussions and address safety issues.
