Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area.
• 6+ months experience supervising teams or providing direction and feedback.
• Experience training and developing associates.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Monitors flow of inventory and adjusts team assignments.
• Identifies and resolves equipment issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensures safety work practices and completes incident/accident reports.
• Leads onboarding and training for associates and supports HR-related issues.
• Communicates workload plans and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
