Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating routes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch employees to ensure daily routes and customer commitments are completed safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate daily staffing, routing, and field coverage based on needs.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and direction to field employees.
• Monitor performance, attendance, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Respond to operational challenges and adjust staffing or routes as needed.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training, and development.
