Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Branch Manager to oversee sales, service delivery, and daily branch operations. You will supervise staff, drive member growth, ensure policy compliance, and build local business relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience in financial services, a two-year degree, and strong communication and community involvement skills. Extended hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours.
• A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.
• Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales and service process within the branch, developing and monitoring sales activities and staff skills to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Manages branch operational efficiency and compliance with all appropriates regulations, policies and procedures established by the Credit Union.
• Directs, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel in coordination with the Credit Union's progressive disciplinary process.
• Conducts external business development to achieve established goals by calling on local businesses using business sales skills.
• Participates in community events and leads participation in such events by branch staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all company policies.
