Job summary

Rentals To Go is seeking a Driver/Yard Supervisor to lead daily branch operations, overseeing personnel, equipment, fleet assets, and service quality. You will ensure safety compliance and efficient route execution while supporting customers and maintaining company standards.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on leadership, 3-5 years in operations or logistics, and a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and problem solving. CDL is a plus; a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or service industries.
• Experience managing route-based operations preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations and service execution.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, vehicles, and resources to meet operational demands.
• Monitor route completion, service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Track driver progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, routing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Utilize company systems including Elements, Paylocity, Samsara, and Fleetio.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure branch readiness for seasonal demands, special events, and service fluctuations.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards.
• Conduct employee training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
