Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Guide clients through self-service options and ensure smooth visits by checking them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash handling devices, resolving issues, and adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and loss-control standards are maintained.
