White Cap is hiring immediately for an Assistant Branch Manager in the Charleston area. You will support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff, and manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Comprehensive benefits and 5+ years of leadership experience are expected, including coordinating procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales, while addressing customer issues and scheduling staff.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in branch management or leadership roles.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehousing.
• Ability to coordinate procurement and sales operations.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with sales order software; Oracle preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Assist in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policies.
• Resolve branch-level problems and customer complaints.
• Schedule staff and monitor budgets and variances.
• Ensure accurate billing of sales orders and maintain service levels.
• Operate a company vehicle as required (more than 20% of work week).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
