You will support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates; manage the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence; help develop strategies to drive sales and profitability; coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and sales in line with company policies; resolve branch-level problems and assist with customer complaints.

• Generally has 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manages the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Assists the manager in developing strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
• Assists with procurement, inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and sales per organization policies.
• Solves problems at the branch level and investigates customer complaints.
• Schedules staff and analyzes budgets and variances.
