Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
• Background screening will be conducted.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents with professional communication.
• Proficiency with basic math, banking products, and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising front line employees and daily banking operations.
• Support customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues.
• Monitor transaction accuracy, compliance, and branch cash control.
• Contribute to branch sales goals and track performance metrics.
• Help train, coach and develop front line employees.
• Develop and maintain professional COI relationships with internal partners.
