ACNB Bank is seeking a Community Banking Supervisor I in New Oxford, PA to lead a dynamic banking team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.

You will supervise the Community Banking Associate team, oversee cash handling and vault operations, ensure accurate balancing, and coordinate referrals to other services while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years banking experience as a Community Banking Associate or similar.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and clear communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Community Banking Associate team to meet performance targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Maintain vault and currency balance accuracy with internal controls.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to other departments.
