Job summary

INB, N.A. in Riverton, Illinois is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in supervising branch operations and staff development. You will engage customers, educate them on INB products, open and maintain accounts, process transactions, and drive service and sales initiatives on a daily basis.

The role requires strong cash handling, supervisory skills, and a customer-first mindset to support a positive banking experience for our local community.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Two years teller experience and/or training required in cash handling or customer service.
• Prior management experience recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank software.

Responsibilities

• Greet all bank customers entering the branch in a courteous and professional manner.
• Balance reserve cash and oversee teller cash operations; prepare and receive cash shipments and approve payments.
• Assist in maintaining teller drawer balances and perform teller duties as needed.
• Support branch sales and service goals by identifying cross-sell opportunities and referring customers to relevant staff.
