Job summary

Republic Finance in Georgia is offering an on-site Branch Ops Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. You will learn the daily branch operations, participate in loan processing steps, and engage with leaders to explore career paths within Republic Finance.

The program includes hands-on experience, leadership training, and a path to potential full-time employment after graduation. The position is 100% onsite and paid at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior pursuing a Finance or Business focus.
• Candidate should be eager to learn, enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and gain exposure to Branch Operations.
