Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking an Operations & Installation Manager to oversee the branch warehouse and installation functions. You will manage installer scheduling, warehouse personnel, inventory, and overall workflow to ensure safe, efficient completion of jobs, while collaborating with sales and office staff to resolve issues.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Location: Greenville, SC; on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep installation schedules properly staffed and organized.
• Ensure installation work meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and job material accountability.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide effective leadership and direction to warehouse and installation personnel.
• Communicate job and operational issues promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure shipping, receiving, scanning, and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch operational goals.
• Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach when managing competing priorities and conflicts.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Train new warehouse personnel on procedures, safety, and material handling.
