Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) in Dane, Wisconsin, is seeking an Office Assistant to support scheduling the delivery and installation of flooring, countertops, cabinets, or appliances. The role is full-time and onsite at our Springfield Corners distribution center, reporting to the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year of admin experience with customer-facing duties, strong Microsoft Office skills, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of administrative experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and installations for flooring, countertops, cabinets, or appliances.
• Coordinate and split lines for deliveries to match per-floor or per-job needs.
• Communicate with customers, installers, and sales staff regarding schedules and progress.
• Assist in warehouse inventory and ensure parts available for service and installation.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
