You will lead a diverse team, recruit staff, and drive sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets, personnel performance, and compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school.
• 3–5 years of business management experience preferred.
• P&L and asset management experience and sales management preferred.
• Experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service, and profit goals.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead teams and deliver superior customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire branch sales, service, and office staff.
• Ensure branch personnel perform duties safely and that precautions prevent accidents.
• Hold regular safety discussions and meetings to reinforce safety.
• Direct the development and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies for the branch.
• Oversee branch office functions including phone service standards, clerical services, and collections.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly projections.
• Evaluate performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions per policy.
