Job summary

FleetPride is a leading aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the United States. This role supports the Branch Manager in daily operations, sales focus, expense control, and special projects to drive profitability.

You will supervise staff across counter sales, warehouse, and drivers, ensure accuracy in orders, and manage inventory and vendor invoices, while upholding safety and process standards at the Hobbs, NM location.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams across counter sales, warehouse, and delivery operations.
• Ability to plan staffing, review performance, and enforce company policies.
• Hands-on involvement in inventory control, invoicing, and vendor processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and supervise staff for counter sales, warehouse, and drivers.
• Review work and adjust assignments to meet workloads and quality standards.
• Maintain inventories, process invoices, and deposit cash per accounting instructions.
