Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Administrator in Jacksonville to support the branch team and Branch Manager with payroll, billing, AR/AP, and general office duties.

The role requires accurate data entry, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn BrightView’s software systems. You will manage document workflows, coordinate with managers, and help maintain client and vendor records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business or related field; 3–5 years in an office with accounting duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; able to learn BrightView systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll entries for new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Process weekly timesheets and resolve inaccuracies with Operations Managers.
• Enter and update job costs, wage codes, and run payroll reports.
• Prepare and process contract/work order billings and maintain client files.
• Generate aged receivables reports and assist with collections as needed.
• Process POs, match invoices, and maintain AP records.
• Provide general office support and HR-related tasks.
