Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead daily branch operations in Seattle. You will reinforce best practices in inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy.

You will coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships and support branch objectives. A valid driver’s license and experience with RentalMan and Coupa are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, construction management, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years in equipment rental, construction supply, or operations management.
• Valid driver’s license; experience with RentalMan and Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support branch leadership with daily operations and workflow execution.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain partnerships.
• Review business reports to support margin optimization and service quality.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and a clean, organized work environment.
