Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor's in banking/business preferred.
• Retail banking experience is expected.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch meets operations standards and audits pass.
• Coach tellers and sales staff to deepen client relationships.
• Back up personal banking team for new accounts and loan requests.
• Oversee branch tasks: openings/closings, wire transfers, collections.
• Lead training and mentoring of team members.
