Columbia Bank, located in Pasadena, is seeking a Branch Manager/Leadership role to ensure operations excellence and drive customer relationships. You will coach tellers, oversee accounts and loan processing, and coordinate branch controls while maintaining compliance and service standards.

The ideal candidate has retail banking experience, some management background, and thrives on growth and teamwork, with on-site responsibilities at 790 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail banking experience required.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.
• Proficient use of spreadsheets and banking computer systems and related software.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales by developing long-lasting relationships with clients and offering customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch meets operations standards and satisfactory audits.
• Coach tellers and staff to deepen customer relationships.
• Assist with opening new accounts and processing loan requests.
• Oversee branch operations such as wire transfers, overdraft monitoring, and end-of-day procedures.
• Act as Bank MLO where applicable and ensure SAFE Act compliance.
