Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and business products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer and business lending.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers.

Responsibilities

• Open and accurately process all types of deposit and loan accounts, including complex retail products.
• Cross-sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments as appropriate.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions to align with service standards.
• Back up personal banking team to open new accounts, receive loan requests and gather credit information.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance procedures; monitor branch controls.
• Supervise associates on day-to-day activities and act as Branch Manager when required.
