The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking an Associate Executive Director to oversee daily operations at a YMCA location while aligning with branch and association goals. You will lead staff, volunteers and member engagement, and ensure high-quality programs and services in the community.

You will manage budgets, develop programs, and build partnerships, modeling the CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT, and RESPONSIBILITY values that define our culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years progressive departmental management experience or 6+ years of progressive departmental management experience
• 2+ direct people management experience
• Experience managing a budget
• Skills in program development, human resources management, financial management, facility management, and coaching/leading staff, members and volunteers
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must pass and maintain CPR certification within 30 days of employment

• Oversee operation of YMCA location(s) and support strategic goals
• Lead member involvement, enrollment growth, and volunteerism
• Develop and manage branch budgets and ensure budget goals are met
• Provide staff development and training programs
• Develop, maintain, and prepare reports for staff and committees
• Lead the branch strategy to meet Metro-wide goals
• Supervise staff and volunteers and foster a positive culture
