Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, collections, and customer invoicing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, billing, or office support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoice matching, and general ledger coding.
• Ability to accurately manage high-volume data entry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and billing documentation accurately.
• Prepare customer invoices and support project billing requirements.
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams.
• Assist customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process vendor invoices and GL coding.
• Manage rental returns and inventory transactions.
• Generate sales, rental, and operations reports.
• Maintain branch records, files, and office supplies.
