This role serves as a key resource for sales, operations, and accounting teams by managing customer billing, accounts receivable, rental contracts, lien documentation, inventory transactions, and administrative support functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections experience.
• Experience with Florida lien processes (NTO, liens, lien releases).
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or accounting support experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
• Process Florida lien documentation including NTOs, liens, and lien releases.
• Enter and manage rental contracts, returns, sales orders, and work orders.
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams.
• Process vendor invoices, PO matching, and GL coding.

• Generate sales, rental, and operations reports.

About the Role

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Branch Support Specialist to support our South Florida branch operations. This role serves as a key resource for sales, operations, and accounting teams by managing customer billing, accounts receivable, rental contracts, lien documentation, inventory transactions, and administrative support functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and processes, and has experience supporting construction, equipment rental, or service-based operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
• Process and manage Florida construction lien documentation, including Notice to Owner (NTO), liens, and lien releases
• Enter and manage rental contracts, returns, sales orders, and work orders
• Support sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative activities
• Provide responsive customer service and assist with customer inquiries
• Process vendor invoices, including purchase order matching and general ledger coding
• Manage rental returns and inventory transactions in Texada
• Coordinate freight and cycle billing activities
• Generate sales, rental, and operational reports
• Analyze operational data and provide reporting support to management
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
• Manage office records, supplies, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable, collections, and customer invoicing experience
• Experience with Florida construction lien processes, including NTOs, liens, and lien releases
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, or accounting support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high-volume data entry and record management
• Experience processing vendor invoices, purchase order matching, and general ledger coding
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Construction, industrial, or equipment rental industry experience
• Inventory control experience
• Experience with Texada or similar ERP/rental management software
• Experience supporting sales and operations teams
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
