Job summary

Purpose Financial is seeking a Manager, Branch Operations Analytics to lead our analytics strategy for the Branch Operations group, build a high-performing team, and deliver insights that move the business forward.

Hybrid preferred with remote consideration for applicants in Charlotte/Atlanta area; you will mentor analysts, develop KPI dashboards, and ensure data quality and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of data analytics, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Sigma.
• Track record of analytics strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy for Branch Operations and deliver insights.
• Translate big-picture goals into actionable analytics roadmaps.
• Champion expanded use of data analytics across the organization.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Operations Data Analysts.
• Set expectations, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure outputs are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage SQL, Tableau, Sigma to drive high-quality results.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Operations, IT, Finance.
