Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Strategy & Initiatives Manager to shape and drive analytics for global sales performance reporting. The role collaborates across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and regions to reconcile data, define governance, and scale reporting and analytics capabilities.

With 10+ years in analytics and a track record of delivering actionable insights to senior leaders, you will build executive dashboards and metric definitions, guiding business decisions and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, data strategy or related disciplines.
• Experience defining performance metrics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting that translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and performance measures that improve understanding of business performance and economics.
• Lead complex initiatives across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional stakeholders.
• Establish executive reporting and KPI frameworks with trusted measures.
• Drive centralized, scalable reporting across segments and regions while honoring local requirements.
